Event planner in Israel – 90s birthday trip in israel

Hello Amit and Menashe!
I am really excited to take this opportunity to and tell you a few words:
I observed the way you work from a distance, as is it my way along the journey we did with Maurice. I saw a huge responsibility, endless activity, attention to detail (as we all know “God is in the little details”, impressive strategic capabilities, incredible tactical abilities, capability to withstand pressure and the correct conduct with the unexpected. I guess probably this are not news to you and hear it all the time. However, as I watched you, I noticed additional qualities that often “don’t go well” with people who are as efficient and committed to the task as yourselves: I saw a very good communication skills toward people, flexibility and sensitivity which enables to listen to people and make changes as needed, huge ability to cope with people which are different from one another, calmness, warmth and optimism, a great attitude towards life and especially.. Lots and lots of humility. Regardless the fact you were present at the scene all the time, you never drove the attention to yourselves. You were “present absentees” . Being this not enough, there was absolutely any kind of marketing conduct in your behavior and in general, it seemed you ego vanished. Personally I can say it was an amazing and exciting experience.
I know how difficult might be to handle three megalomaniacal (you are welcome to check at the literature to understand the depth of complexity), perfectionists (again, I invite you to take a look at the literature) and with grandiose dreams as Yariv, Oshik and Moriah. Also, to manage the diversity among them, and they are very, very different, it really is not trivial thing at all. So, I assume that your “Via Dolorosa” began some when many, many months ago. You should probably had to listen a great deal, to reconcile between them , to give answers, to turn upside down the plan, to “square the circle”, you had probably to let go, to give up, and then start all over again…
In terms of results, the project was of huge scale and it was especially important for all of us:
1. Maurice was showered by the love and admiration from this family who was glad to give it to him. This was the greatest gift he could receive from all of us.
2. Maurice had the opportunity to summarize as an experience a great deal of his life- work.
3. As individuals went through a shaking and teaching experience, we were exposed to more parts that make up our history (in a private and national level) which often we do not know how to express it.
4. We connected with others, some of whom we never had a significant relationship with. Today this family is slightly different and better than it was before.
Menashe and Amit – You had the wisdom to surround yourself with people who worked beside you and did it quietly carefully (again modestly and behind the scene).
Throughout the event we saw responsibility and consideration that shows the successfully organization culture you developed. Good managers are known by the good people they find and keep by their side).
Thanks for the huge present you succeeded to professionally and wisely give Maurice and by that, we, the family, became the biggest beneficiaries of it. This is how a changing-life experience feels like.
Congratulations and a huge heartfelt thank you!
Tzimi – June 2012
And of course Nirit and Tamir heartily joined to my things here and they would like to add a great deal, however, we do not want to tire you. By now, you have probably already moved on to your next project, in order to look into the hearts of new people to do only good!
